Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping charges both ways, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS All returns must be activated within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original clips and labels attached. All cans can only be returned via UPS Ground Service. Exceptions are the Bowl & Board and Tung Oil Polish which may be returned by US Postal Service.

RETURN PROCESS Please contact us at 800-322-1245 or sales@tungoilfinish.com for instructions for your return. We can generate a UPS e-label for your return. Repackage the returned items in the box it arrived in and notify us when it is ready. Leave the package where UPS delivered it and they will pick it up the following day and return it to us.

RESTOCKING FEES All returns are charged a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 for Quarts and less than quart containers.  $10.00 for Gallons.

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. The refund amount will be the original price minus the restocking fee and the associated shipping charges to and from your delivery address. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
