Order Processing and Fulfillment -  We carry a full inventory of our product line on a daily basis in our Vermont location. Inventory levels for our dealers will vary, but are replenished in a timely way. Large orders in pails and drums will be processed out of our Vermont facility. We will need time to process your order depending on the product you are requesting and our inventory levels at the time your order is placed. Planning is the key to helping us serve your needs in a timely way. Please keep the shipping time required to deliver your order in mind when placing your order. Our new distribution point in Colorado (seeWhere To Buy) allows us to reach pretty much everybody in the US within 5 days. Discounts - Case lot discounts are for six (6) quarts or four (4) gallons see Quart Pricing or  Gallon Pricing for discounted unit pricing.  Discounts are also offered for volume orders packaged in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.Please contact us for your discount schedule.

Carrier - All packages will be shipped via UPS ground or by common freight carrier. Under no circumstances will we ship via air. To do so changes the classification of the package contents (according to Department of Transportation guidelines) from non-hazardous to hazardous. The resulting liability and paperwork is generally cost prohibitive for everyone. Again, planning is the key here!

Shipping Rates - All packages are shipped FOB Vermont. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package and the UPS zone of destination. .

Handling - This represents the labor cost to physically package your order, and various costs associated with packaging itself; the clips on the cans, labels for the package, tape to secure the package, etc.. It is well calculated and modest!

A note about shipping costs ~   In general, we are offended by the concept of "making money on shipping". It is our philosophy to be as close to our costs as possible in setting our shipping fees.
