Our Murdoch's™ Resin Line - In a class by itself- the ultimate resin system! A pure uralkyd resin with incredible durability, scratch resistance and ease of maintenance formulated with our Botanical Polymerized Tung Oil for a light citrus aroma. A variety of formulations that have both wiping as well as brush-on applications with the look of a hand rubbed oil finish. A beautiful low lustre sheen right up to the glorious gloss of a French Polish - with incredible protection. Gloss coatings and the wiping formulations cure to re-coat in 2-6 hours depending on the formulation (see the specific technical sheets).The Satin and Matte formulations require 24 hours to re-coat. Murdoch's Hard Sealer, Hard Oil and Table Top are formulated with our Botanical Polymerized Tung Oil to make the resin more fluid and workable. The Loc-Lamin ® Finishing System insures the integrity of the finish as it fuses to the wood layer after layer. Murdoch's Table Top™ is formulated with a "slip" ingredient that gives bar tops, counters and table tops that ultra- smooth surface. Murdoch's Uralkyd 500™ is a floor finishers dream - formulated with a scratch resistant additive that allows grit to "roll" across the surface rather than cutting into the finish. The marriage of the best of both worlds in floor coatings -this top of the line floor finish offers the look of an oiled floor (the first two coats are primarily oil in the Hard Sealer) with the durability and ease of maintenance associated with urethanes. The application of the Uralkyd 500™ floor finish is similar to any film floor finish (urethane) making it possible to have this spectacular coating in your home regardless of where you live. Coverage: Hard Sealer: 600-800sq.ft./gallon. Hard Oil: 400-600sq.ft./gallon as a stand alone finish or 1000sq.ft./gallon as a topcoat over Hard Sealer or a Stain coat..
